I developed the recipe of traditional Italian lasagna by using the carb substitution. This is a very tasty cuisine with very low calorie.

Gather all materials

Cook minced meat as you like, I used meat masala and tomato sauce.

Make thin flat bread with 3 eggs, 25 gm butter and 1 cup almond flour. Make a liquid batter, you can add water if necessary or use the ready made egg wraps.

Be extra careful while making the bread. I prefer thinner ones, you can adjust the thickness according to your taste

Make white sauce with butter, milk, almond flour, salt and black pepper over a stove on low heat.

Take a baking pan. Make layers with bread, spinach, cheese, minced meat one item at a time, another bread and repeat the process as many times as you want. I added 4 layers.

Bake for 15 minutes at 375 F. Serve hot with olives or salad.
