Ingredients

1 person
  1. 1 cup Sprouts Moong Dal
  2. 1/4 cup finely grated Cabbage
  3. 1/4 cup finely grated carrots
  4. 1 teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper corns
  5. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  6. 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  7. As requiredSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the Moong Dal overnight than take a white muslin cloth. Drain the excess water.

  2. 2

    Add Soaked Moong Dal in a cloth and keep away from sunshine (shade). leave it for whole day to germinate.

  3. 3

    Take a bowl add Sprouted Moong Dal, cabbage, carrots with pepper powder, salt, honey and at last add freshly squeeze lemon juice. Toss all the ingredients well.

  4. 4

    Healthy protein rich Moong Dal Sprouts ready. We can add chopped Tomatoes, onions, coriander leaves, fresh fruits, dry fruits to the salad.
