Battered Cod
I hope you enjoy it. The fish is juicy with an amazing batter.
Steps

Beat the eggs with the flour. Add the milk and beat until smooth. Add the pepper, salt, and baking powder, and mix. Finally, add the beer and parsley, and mix until you have a batter similar to cake batter.

Heat plenty of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat until very hot. (I set my stove to 6 1/2 out of 9.)

Dip the cod pieces in the batter. Fry the pieces on both sides. Make sure the heat isn’t too high so the cod cooks through. Drain on paper towels. Enjoy!
