  1. 1

    Dust your baking tray and heat your oven at 180 degrees. Weigh all the ingredients sieve the icing sugar in a bowl add the margerine and cream till light and fluffy.

  2. 2

    Add the egg and vanilla essence and continue creaming, fold in your flour plus baking powder,ginger and nutmeg.

  3. 3

    Let the dough sit for 20 mnts, pin out to a not soo thin sheet and cut to your desire shape and size place on your baking tray and bake for 25 mints, when ready let them cool and enjoy with cold milk.
