11/2 cupsRice (cooked)
1/4 cupCarrots chopped
1/4 cupFrench beans chopped
1/4 cupCapsicum chopped
1/2 cupCorns
1/4 cupPineapple (canned) cubed
1/4 cupSpring onion (greens)
1/4 tspGreen chillies finely chopped
to tasteSalt
1/4 tspVinegar
1 tspOil

Steps

Heat oil in a wok.

Add all vegetables except spring onion.

Saute on high flame. Put salt and vinegar. Mix well.

Add precooked rice.

Mix well. Garnish and decorate with some corns and cherries.
