Ingredients

  • 5Boiled potatoes
  • 2 tbspCornflour
  • To tasteBlack salt
  • To tasteSalt
  • As neededCoriander leaves
  • To tasteGreen chilles
  • 1 tspGaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Mashed the potatoes well

  2. 2

    With the help of masher

  3. 3

    Add all the ingredients well

  4. 4

    Mix it and make the round shape of tikki

  5. 5

    Hot the tava

  6. 6

    Put some oil or ghee

  7. 7

    Then put the tikkis on tava in low flame

  8. 8

    Till it golden brown in colour from both side

  9. 9

    Serve it hot with chutney,curd,any dip,sauce
