Boil and mashed potatoes. Add coriander and cumin powder. Red chillie powder and salt. Mix and keep aside.

Prepare dough by mixing maida, salt with required amount of Water. Dough should be little soft. Cover with cloth and keep aside for 15 minutes.

Prepare green chutney by grinding coriander, cumin and green chillies. Keep aside.

Peel onion and cut it in rings shape. Put onion rings in water for half an hour and drain. Set aside.

Roll out thin rotis from dough and keep aside.

Make long oval size potatoes pattice. Make thin paste by mixing cornflour and water. It should not be too watery. Coat the pattice with this mixture and shallow fry in oil.

Take 1 roti and spread chutney on it. Put potaoe pattice on it and slightly flatten it with hand. Put onion rings on it and some grated cheese. Roll it and serve.
