Ingredients

  • 2 cupsmoong sprouts steamed
  • 1carrot grated
  • 1boiled potato finely chopped
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1tomato finely chopped
  • To tasteSalt and red chilli powder
  • To tasteChat masala
  • As neededLemon juice
  • 1 tspJeera powder
  • As neededGreen chillies chopped (optional)
  • 5Finely chopped almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    In a big bowl take steamed moong sprouts. Then add grated carrot, chopped onions, chopped potatoes chopped tomatoes, and chopped almonds.Mix everything well.

  2. 2

    Then add salt, red chilli powder, jeera powder, and chaat masala.

  3. 3

    At last add juice of lemon and mix well. Your yummy and healthy salad is ready.
