Restaurant Style Mataki Pulav
Steps

Firstly we need to take nonstick cooker and then add followings ingredient in it.
- 2 tbsp oil
- bay leaf
- cinnamon & cardamon
- lemon juice
- salt
Mix it well and then add some water in it then we need to keep it on low flame for 5 min. - 2
Then we need to add basamati rice in cooker & keep it on low flame for 10-12 min & cook well & then take it to strainer.

Then we need to add 2 tbsp oil, chopped onion, tomato & potato then mix it well.

Then add some sugar, green chilli and mataki then mix it well.

Then add ginger garlic paste, pulav masala, red chilli powder, some fried onion and 1/4 cup of water.
later on add some salt and mix all ingrediant properly. - 6
Finally we need to add cooked rice & mix it well with all ingredents.
then add fried onion, chopped coriander and we need to cover our cooker &
cook it for 8-10 minutes on medium flame. - 7
Now Our Restaurant Style Matki Pulav Is Ready To Serve!!!
