Boil milk in a pan. Once boiled, switch off the flame and squeeze lemon to it.

Drain the paneer once fully made from the milk.

Tie the paneer in a cotton cloth for 30mints so that all the water gets drained off.

In the mean time, add 1 cup sugar and half cup water in pan and make 1 string syrup. Add saffron and cardamom powder for taste.

Open the cloth and knead the paneer for 5mints.

Make 3 partitions out of it. Add orange colour to 1 part, green to other and keep 3rd one as it is.

Now make small balls round or flatten it's your wish.

Put them in sugar syrup. In few mints they will absorb the water and become double in size..

Serve chilled in a plate.
