Steps

Blend the tomato, onion, scot bonnet & pepper, pour in your pot & add oil, until it drains

In a separate clean bowl, break the eggs gently & whisk, add spices & seasonings,pour in the pulp & keep steering for about 5mins until it becomes very thick & whitish, add oil & keep steering.

Add chopped spinach, steer& add add little boiled water & covered for 2mins

I enjoyed it wit the rice I cooked.
