Rinse it and add curd make fine paste.

Now add all veggies and all dry ingredient.give good mix.

Add eno to this batter pour into muffin mold.

In small pan add ghee mustard seed red mirch kadhi leaves and pour it on top of the muffin.

Bake it for 20-25 mins on 180 degree.

Delicious healthy cup cakes are ready.
