Pre-heat oven @180degrees for 30mins......prepare you ingredients.... Add the dry ingredients together mix well to combine......add margarine to the dry ingredients

Mix margarine with your hands to fine crumbs.....add blueberry essence to your buttermilk and stir

Add butter milk to your crumbed mixture and knead to a soft dough, align your baking tray with parchment paper, cut your dough to your desired shape, put them on the baking tray you can top your biscuits with sprinkles then bake for 25mins on a preheated oven until brown.

When ready dung them in melted chocolate or you can serve that way with tea....I served with black tea just awesome!! Enjoy!!
