First take a kadhai add milk and boil it. Then add sugar, saffron and mix it. Cook for 2 minutes.

Now add rice flour and mix it well on low flame. Add desiccated coconut and mix well. Gas off and cover for 2minutes.

Now transfer this mixture into the plate and knead it make sure mixture is warm.Add ghee and knead till aata get soft. Make shape of cylindrical roll.

Heat water in kadhai add sugar, cardamom and boil it. When boil comes drop all rolls and cook it on low to medium flame for 4-5 minutes.

After 4-5 minutes take out roll into a plate.Take rice roll and roll them in desiccated coconut.

Now rice chamcham or chawal ke chamcham is ready.
