This is a healthy version of stir fry mixed with Makhana, nuts, Vegetables, fruits and tangy masala. Fox nuts or makhana are great snack food for diabetics and heart patients as they contain the good fat and have a low quantity of saturated fats. These properties make makhanas a good weigh loss product.Almonds and cashews both contain heart-healthy unsaturated fats, but almonds have a better fat profile. Cashews provide more vitamin K and zinc, but almonds make a better choice for fibers, vitamin E and calcium. Fruits and veggies serve for vitamins and antioxidants.

Dry roast Makhana.
- 2
Heat butter and oil in pan. Add cashews and almonds. When become golden add in cottage cheese and saute on high flame for 20-30 seconds. Now add capsicum and saute for another 30 seconds.

Take all chopped fruits and veggies.Add all dry masala and lemon juice into it.

In stirred nuts and capsicum add in makhanas and masala veggies and stir well.

Serve immediately as salad.
