Ingredients

30-40 minutes

4-6 servings

1 kgfull cream milk
1 cupbasmati rice
to tasteSugar according
5-6 dropsrose essence
Few cashwes,almond

30-40 minutes

Wash & rinse the rice through fresh water.In a pan,boil milk with rice on a low flame for 30 minutes till the rice is tender.

Now add sugar & cook for 5 minutes let it cool down & add rose essence.

Keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours.Garnish with cashwes & serve chilled.
