Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgspinach
  • 1 cupRice
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 tbsOil
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspChat masala
  • 1 tspcumin seed powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil rice till cook well.

  2. 2

    Blanch spinach and make puree of it.

    Hot oil in pan, add ginger garlic once golden add spinach puree in it.

    Now add spices, and rice mix it well.Now add lemon juice and cook for a minute and serve hot.
