Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Making puff pastry from scratch

Cut the margarine into small blocks put in a bowl

Mix the margarine and Flour. Make sure to not break the fat particles and salt

Add cold water into the mixture gradually

A rough mixture is formed

Apply flour on the wooden board

Press gently until the mixture forms a ball. Put in fridge for 8 minutes

Use rolling to spread the mixture on the board. fold it seal the edges. Roll again fold seal the edges about 6 times

Cut the chicken breast add onions and spice

Spread the mixture cut into rectangles put the chicken filling in each rectangle

Seal the edges by pressing with a folk. Brush eggwash onto the pies and bake
