This cream and yogurt cashew based gravy is with no onions at all and flavoured with tasty kitchen spices. Goes well with pulav or any Indian bread like naan, roti, phulkas or just plain steamed rice. Lastly, The minty flavour adds to the freshness of flavours.

Soak the cashews in sufficient water. Grind the green chilli paste.

Grind soaked cashews with the cream

Heat oil and add the washed chicken
- 4
Stir fry for 2 minutes then add the ginger garlic green chilli paste

Whisk the curd and keep aside. Add to the sauted chicken

Add garam masala,cumin and pepper powder

Next goes in salt and juice of a lemon

Add the chilli powder and turmeric. Simmer fir 12 to 15 minutes

Now add the cashew cream paste and stir.

Tear and add a fistful of mint leaves. Cover and simmer fir a minute.

Pour in a serving dish. Garnish with tomatoes,lemon wedges and some more thinly chopped mint leaves.
