Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice
  • 11/2litter milk
  • 50 gmssugar
  • 1 cupmango puri
  • 1 tbspcardamom powder
  • As requiredDry fruits
  • 3-4 dropsRose essence
  • As requiredRose petals and mango pieces for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk in wide open heavy bottom pan simmer the flame for around 70 mins till it reduces to 1/3 of it.wash rice and soak 1 hour drain water and grind it. Then add the rice paste into the milk and boil it.

    Continuous stirring in between so that it don’t get stick at the bottom of the pan, Once done add cardamom powder and sugar, mix it well until sugar get dissolved Turn off the flame and add dry fruits and wait till it’s get completely cooled Once it’s get cooled add 1 and 1/2 cup of mango purée,essence mix it well

    Put into a freeze. After some time remove it from freeze.And serve into a bowl and garnish with rose petals and mango pieces..enjoye chilled phirni..
