Ingredients

  • 3 cupsbrown rice
  • 3small pack potato chips
  • to tasteSalt
  • sheetNori seaweed

Steps

    Soak brown rice for more than 3 hours. Crush potato chips.

    Mix rice and potatoes chips and put 2 cups water or more to cook rice.

    Make Onigiri rice ball putting something salty (tuna, seaweed paste, salmon any ok) inside and sprinkle salt. Wrap with Nori seaweed sheet.
