Steps

Mix and clean the cowpeas and muthokoi.

Put them in a sufuria or pot,add water and cook on a kilo for about 31/2 hours till they soften
- 3
Set them aside and fry the onions and tomatoes till they form a paste.
- 4
When a paste is formed add muthokoi and stir for about five minutes.
- 5
Add a little water,let it boil and serve as desired.
