Clean, wash and soak the rice in a deep bowl for 7 to 8 hours. Drain the water.

Combine the soaked rice, sugar, Salt 1cup of water in a mixer and blend it till smooth transfer the mixture into a deep bowl and add eno sachet.

Place the greased sanna moulds or small steel bowl pour the batter and steam in a steamer on a medium flame 10 to 12 mins.

Cool slightly loosen the edges with the knife and demould it. And rolled it in green Chutney then grated coconut.Serve it. Thanku
