Ingredients

10 _12 servings
  • 400 gmflour
  • 200 gmsugar
  • 2 tspBaking powder
  • 175 gmghee
  • 1 tspgreen cardamom
  • 1egg
  • Pinchyellow colour
  • 1 cupalmonds (mota mota kut kay)
  • Dedicated coco nut as required

Steps

  1. 1

    In bowl take sugar and ghee and beat well until creamy. In other bowl mix flour, baking powder, cardamom and almond.

    Mix both mixture with hand and shape it in nan khatai form.

    Apply eggwash and top it with colored dessicated coconut..

    Bake at 180 degree for 15 to 18 minutes..
