Ingredients

  1. 1Medium sized Eggplant
  2. 1/2 TSPRed Chilli Powder
  3. 1/2 TSPTurmeric Powder
  4. 1/2 TSPCoriander Powder
  5. To TasteSalt
  6. 2 TBSPCooking Oil
  7. 1 TBSPFried Onion

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the Eggplant in a round shape and marinate it with chilli, turmeric, coriander powder and salt.

    Heat oil in a pan and add marinated eggplant in it.

  3. 3

    Cook in a low heat for 10-15 min

  4. 4

    Turn off flame and transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with fried onion. Serve with steamed rice.
