Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 150 gAtta flour
  2. 50 gself raising flour
  3. 2tbps sugar
  4. 2tbps margarine
  5. 1 teaspooncardamon
  6. 2 gbaking powder
  7. 1 gsalt
  8. 1 cupwarm water
  9. Enough oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the Dry ingridients

  2. 2

    Add margarine and mix with hands till crumbly

  3. 3

    Add water in bits till you have a soft dough

  4. 4

    Cover with polythene and let it rest for 20mins

  5. 5

    Dived into small balls and flatten each ball, cut into desired shape

  6. 6

    Heat oil and deep fry till golden brown

  7. 7

    Remove from oil and place on a kitchen towel and leave it to cool

  8. 8

    Enjoy with juice or tea
