Cooking Instructions

Mash the potatoes and add chopped onion to it.

Add all spices to it.and mix well

Make small balls out of mixture and give a thumb print to it.

Take 2tbsp cornflour and 2tbsp and mix it with 3 4tbsp of water.

Dip the balls in it and roll it in roasted vermicille well.

Drop in medium hot oil in pan and fry well. Take out it in a plate. It will give a look of bird nest.

Make small balls of paneer and fry a bit in oil. And then place over the nest just giving the look of egg in nest

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with ketch up
