Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsoats
  2. 1 cupwheat flour
  3. 1onion, chopped
  4. 2 tspmint leaves, chopped
  5. 1 tspginger, chopped
  6. 2green chilli, chopped
  7. 1tomato, chopped
  8. 2 tbspfresh coriander, chopped
  9. 1 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1 tspchilli powder
  11. 1 tspcumin powder
  12. 1 tspturmeric powder
  13. 300 mlwater
  14. 2 tspsalt
  15. 1 tspolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oats into blender and grind it to powder.

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients(from wheat flour to salt) and grind to pouring consistency batter.

  3. 3

    Now pour ladder full batter onto greased pan and cook it from both sides.

  4. 4

    Serve with chutney.
