Chicken kebab

Steps

Wash, blend or grate the scotch bonnet and onions.

Add seasonings and spices.

Cut the boneless chicken into parts.

Marinate the chicken.

Refrigerate over night.

Soak your skewers inside water before using.

Get the skewers, arrange them accordingly. onions-red pepper-chicken parts-green pepper-onions. Continue until u're done with all.brush with some oil on both side, top and bottom of the kebab.

Arranged them in a preheated grill oven for abt 15-20mins. Check on, turn on the other sides, when each side is done.. Untill well grilled.

Done. Garnished with cucumbers.

Yummy served with chilled orange juice.
