250 gmarbi
2 table spoonhung curd
2 tea spoonred chilli powder
2 tea spoondhaniya / coriander powder
1.5 tea spoonturmeric powder
1 tea spooncornflour
As requiredOil for frying
1/2 tea spoonajwain
1 tspLemon juice
leavesGreen coriander

Boil arbi, peel it and cut vertically
2

Add all spices mix well add curd and corn flour and mix well keep it for 10-15 minutes

Fry it and squeeze lemon juice on it and garnish with coriander leaves
