2 slicesbrown bread
As neededButter for applying
100 gmCottage cheese(paneer)
1 tspmixed herbs
to tasteSalt
1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
1capsicum chopped
1onion chopped

Take a bowl add cottage cheese,salt to taste,chilli flakes,capsicum,onion and mixed herbs mix well
2

Apply butter on both the sides of bread add cheese mixture close both the slices and grill them in griller apply more butter on top.serve hot
