Ingredients

1 packetChicken Frankfurters
I/2 bowl maize meal
1/2 bowlplain flour
1 tspbaking powder
to tasteSalt
1 tspblack pepper powder
1/2 tsppaprika
2eggs
3/4 cupmilk

Steps

Take the frankfurters, cut into half

Skewer them into wooden sticks. Keep aside
3

Now take a bowl mix the flour & all the other ingredients
4

It will have to be a thick batter. Now take the frankfurters & dip them in the batter till well coated.

Deep fry these on medium heat till golden brown
