Take a bowl.add maida,salt, ajwain and oil and mix it.add few water and make a dough. cover it with cotton cloth and keep aside.

Switch on the flame of gas.Take a kadhai add some oil.add jeera,onion.cook for two minutes.add haldi, red chilli powder,sugar and tomato sauce.now add boiled potatoes.give a mix.add salt.keep aside for 5 minutes.

In a small bowl take one tbsp Corn flour and add few water to make thick paste.

Now make small balls from the dough.roll it with roller.like Puri. now spread some potato stuffing in it.take one side of Puri and fold it.

Now fold other two sides.now take Corn flour paste and spread on fourth side.now roll it slowly.

Now take a kadhai for deep frying.add oil and heat up at medium flame.cook from all the sides.or till golden brown.

Strain from kadai and cut from half. serve hot with Chutney.
