In a bowl, take leftover rice, onion, green chilli, red chilli powder, cumin powder, Turmeric powder, salt.

Mix it with spatula. Add besan and 3 tbsp of water and mix it well with the help of hands. Make small balls and to deep fry. Cook until golden brown at medium flame.

Serve hot with tomato sauce and green Chutney.
