Healthy tea loaf!
Fabulous tea fruit loaf!!!!
Steps

Preheat oven 180c (fan) prepare a 2lb loaf tin

Place all fruit in a bowl and pour cold tea over, leave all to soak for 1 hour

Add flour,baking powder, sugar and eggs to the soaked ingredients....

Beat (hand mixer) until smooth and mixed (dont over mix)
- 5
Pour into prepared tin and bake on middle shelf for 35-40min until skewer comes out clean
- 6
Allow to cool for 10 minutes, lasts for 5 days stored.
