  • 1/2 cupwater
  • As neededSalt
  • as neededRed chilli powder
  • as requiredGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a soft dough with flour and water.

  2. 2

    Roll it with roller pin put ghee and salt, red chilli powder then again roll it.

  3. 3

    Put it on the tawa and cook till golden brown color

  4. 4

    Put ghee on it fry from both sides.

  5. 5

    Your plain paranta is ready.
