Steps

Mix salt,sugar,ginger in a bowl,add milk and stir till well mixed

Add self raising flour in the mixture above as you whisk till its soft

Add some little oil to make it smooth then put the dough in a tight lid bowl to rest for about 30min(normally I make the dough at night so I leave it to rest overnight)

Open the dough kneed for about 3min,make small balls and place them in a tray and cover with a damp cloth.

Heat the oil in a big sufuria,roll each ball to the desired thickness,divide the into 4pieces and deeply fry

Serve with warm cup of tea-the plastic cup.😘
