Take all the ingredients of the batter in a big bowl

Add 2-2.25 cup water to make a thin batter

Pour this in a pan, and cook on low flame with continuous stirring so that no lumps form

It will take around 12-15 to get cooked. When it is cooked, spread the mixture on a greased steel plate. Add coconut powder and chopped coriander over it. Cut into pieces

Heat oil in a pan, crackle mustard seeds, curry leaves and sesame seeds in it. Pour it on patodi and serve
