Add the softened butter to a mixer and add the Caster sugar mix until smooth. Then add the eggs dash of milk mix for 2 minutes then add the flour gradually. Do this again for 2 more tiers to the cake.

When its all mixed add vanilla essence to the mix. Add in equally amounts to each dish as you are making 2. To sandwich. When cooked let it cool and then spread your jam and fresh whipped cream then add the 2nd sandwich.

Make the butter cream in the mixer and onec its ready and mixed add it to the sandwich cake cover all top and sides. Use an icecream cone for the unicorns horn. Use some of the buttercream in seperate bowls and add different colouring to each.
