Heat oil in pan.

Add cumin seeds, curry leaves,green chilli and mustard seeds.

Fried it for two minutes.

Add chopped onions and fried it for two minutes.

Add potatoes.

Add sabudana.

Add salt as per taste and cook it for two minutes on low flame.

Add lemon as needed. Garnish with green leafy coriander(optional)
