  • 1Beetroot
  • 1Carrot
  • 1Tomato
  • 1/2Bottle gourd
  • 1Cucumber
  • 10/12Grapes
  • 1/2Lemon
  • 1 tbspHoney

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean and cut all veggies and fruits properly.

  2. 2

    Simply add all veggies in a blender and make juice.(First tomato,Cucumber, bottle gourd,carrot, beetroot and on top grapes.)

  3. 3

    Strain in a muslin cloth.

  4. 4

    Add lemon and honey to taste.
