Take a bowl add madia oil salt,ajwain and water.Knead dough well.

For stuffing. Take a pan heat oil add ginger chilli paste, mint,garam masala dry mango powder cumin powder.

Stir for 1 min in low frame then add potato peas salt as per taste mix well and remove from flame cool it.

Make balls from dough make roti cut into 2 make cone shape add potato filling fry it in medium flame and serve it.
