Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsoaked poha
  2. 3-4green chillies
  3. 1/2 cupfinely chopped onions
  4. 1/4 cuppeanuts and green peas
  5. 1/4 cupmint a the Coriander leaves
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 2 tbsp oil
  8. 1 tspmustard seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Grind mint leaves, Coriander leaves and green chillies together. Don't make paste.

  2. 2

    Heat oil, add mustard seeds, peanut and peas.

  3. 3

    Add onions and cook till translucent.

  4. 4

    Add grinded green chilli, mint and Coriander leaves and mix well.

  5. 5

    Add soaked poha, salt and mix well. Sprinkle little water and cover cook for 2min.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with masala tea.
