Steps

These are the ingredients-- wheat flour, samollena, sugar. Ratio--1:1:1

Mix the wheat flour and samollena in a bowl then add sugar in it. Mix them together.

Add elaichi powder.

Add baking powder. Mix it.

Make a thick batter adding water. Rest it for 1 hour.

After 1 hour batter look like this.

Then add grated coconut in it. Mix it well.

Hot the oil in kadhai. Put little little balls in oil and fry it.

Fry it Till the brown colour. Then remove from oil.

Serve it.
