Ingredients

300 gMinced chicken
1Onion chopped
Mint leaves 10-12 Leaves
Chilli flakes 1 Tbsp (or less depending on your taste)
2 tspRoasted sticky rice (pounded)
2 tbspLime juice
2 tbspFish sauce (salt as alternative)

In a pot, Add minced chicken with 3 tbsp of water. Cook it till chicken is cooked.

Add chopped onions cook fr 2-3 mins

Add fish sauce(salt), chilli flake, lime juice and roasted sticky rice. Then add mint leaves! Enjoy!
