Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFull fat cream
  2. Dahi half cup
  3. to tasteSugar acc
  4. 200 gmjamun pulp

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl beat the cream and get whipp cream

  2. 2

    Add dahi and powder sugar acc to taste and blend

  3. 3

    Now add jamun pureed

  4. 4

    Mix all things well and pour in silicone moulds

  5. 5

    Freeze for 4-5 hours

  6. 6

    Serve chilled
