Ingredients

  • 4egg whites
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 1 cupcastor sugar
  • 125 gchoc chips
  • 200 gchopped pecans

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 140°and line a baking sheet or 2 with baking paper.

  2. 2

    Drop Beat egg whites till frothy, add salt and keep beating till stiff peaks form.

  3. 3

    Add vanilla and sugar and continue beating till sugar melts and mixture becomes smooth and glossy

  4. 4

    Gently fold in choc chips and pecans

  5. 5

    Drop spoonfuls of mixture on tray about 4cm apart

  6. 6

    Bake for 45 mins and then leave to cool in off oven for couple hours

  7. 7

    Store in airtight container
