#traditional
Rasmalai is one of the favourite desserts of India. It's light tender and melt in mouth. It tastes heavenly when eaten chilled. Kids and adults all like it. At my home no party is complete without Rasmalai.

Here by easy instant recipe, I mean that I have tried to make this traditional dish without using chenna and also making it's Rabri instantly so you don't have to reduce the milk for hours and spend long time in kitchen.

Just a few handful of easily available ingredients and you can prepare a party favourite, mouthwatering yummy dessert in no time and leave it in refrigerator till the party begins.
