Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgbrinjal
  2. 4-5onions
  3. 3-4tomatoes
  4. 3-4green chilli
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  10. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Take the iron pan and heat the oil

  2. 2

    Grind the onions,tomatoes and green chilli

  3. 3

    Put the paste into the pan and cook it till the brown

  4. 4

    Put all the spices in the pan and cook it for 5 minutes at low flame

  5. 5

    Take the brinjals and cut the two sides of brinjals in the centre and put it in the pan

  6. 6

    Cook it for 15-20 minutes at low flame

  7. 7

    Stuffed brinjal is ready to eat
