Take kadai heat oil put onion saute for one minute add garlic saute add all veggies saute for 2 minutes add all masales.

Add half cheese and mix and keep aside for room temperature.

Spread little bit oil on hand make cutlet shape. Keep in fridge for 10 minutes.

Make cornflour liquid batter dip the cutlet and roll in breadcrumbs.Once heat the oil in kadai and fry on medium flame till then brown. Remove from oil put on tissue spread chaat masala. Yummy Cheese cutlet is ready to eat.
